Peaches owner has contacted the Village, and Peaches will be doing home later today. Peaches will hopefully have learned from his stay at the Village Shop and will stay at home where he is loved and safe.
Please call the Office at 306-762-2130 or Public Works at 306-550-5957, if this big little guy with no collar is yours. We will hold him for 24 hours and then he will be sent to Regina.
The Village is in contact with a cat rescue, but, there are so many unwanted, stray cats in the area that the rescues and the humane society are overwhelmed. These poor animals who have been dealt a bad hand will not have much of a future. Please be responsible winter is coming.
