Pursuant to Section 55 of the Planning and Development Act 2007, the Council of the Village of Vibank gives notice that two discretionary use applications have been received and the details are as follows

Intended Discretionary Use: To consider a Home-based Business, at 406 Main Street Vibank – Consignment Clothing Store

Public Hearing: Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions, written or verbal, on the proposed discretionary use application at 6:30-6:45 p.m. (local time) on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, in the Council Chambers ( Office ) of Village of Vibank  101-2nd Ave Vibank, Saskatchewan. Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be sent by mail or email. All submissions must be signed and can be submitted prior to the meeting either in person, via email, ( ) or by mail ( Box 204, Vibank Sk S0G 4Y0 ). You do not need to be a resident of Vibank to attend or for your submission to be heard.

Intended Discretionary Use: To consider a two pump gas station with above ground tanks at 101 Main Street, Vibank

Written submissions will be presented to Council and can be sent by mail or email. All submissions must be signed and can be submitted prior to the meeting either in person, via email, ( ) or by mail ( Box 204, Vibank Sk S0G 4Y0 ). You do not need to be a resident of Vibank to attend or for your submission to be heard.
