Please note the following from the Saskatchewan Health Authority:

The attached operating procedures “Operating a Public Eating Establishment or Food Processing Facility During a Drinking Water Advisory” must be followed. Also attached are the Flushing procedures for when the Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory is lifted and Precautions for Public Facilities During a Drinking Water Advisory.

Please be advised that if your facility has no running hot and cold water you must close the facility until water services have been restored and operate under a PDWA.
