I’m posting this a little later than intended—thank you for your patience.

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who attended the Town Hall meeting at Vibank Regional School on Tuesday, June 10. Your time, questions, and input were greatly appreciated. A special thank you as well to Vibank Regional School for their support in preparing and providing the space for this important discussion.

As shared at the meeting, Vibank Centennial Hall is beyond repair and will be demolished in the near future. Plans are being made for its removal and for the disposition of any items of remaining value.

Attached is a copy of the presentation shared at the meeting. It includes a summary of the structural failure, some preliminary financial considerations, and a few of the early ideas that have been proposed for a potential new community facility.

We’ve also included a very short, two-question survey:

1. Do you support building a new community facility?

2. If so, what kind of facility would you like to see?

This survey is an initial step in a broader process of community engagement. No decisions have been made yet. Your input will help guide future discussions and determine what further information is needed. The results will be shared publicly as we continue working toward a decision that reflects the priorities of Vibank residents.

Thank you again for your involvement and support.
