It is a little later than I would have liked, but the 2024 Tax Notices have just been mailed out. If you haven’t received your notice by June 20th please contact the office. Please see attached to aid you in understanding your tax notice. Remember that a 5% discount will be applied to all payments received before August 31 and a 15% penalty will be added to any unpaid amounts as of January 1st.
