The 2021 Roll is now open and available for public inspection for 60 days. ( until May 25, 2021 ) The Assessment Roll lists all properties along with the address, the taxable and assessed value. 2021 is a reevaluation year for all properties in Saskatchewan as legislated by the province. If you wish to view the assessment roll, you will be able to view the roll by calling the Village Office at 306-762-2130 for a viewing time, emailing a request to: , or by going on line to SAMAVIEW www.sama.sk.ca then click My sama & samaview login. You will need to create an account, but there is no charge for the information.
You may appeal your assessment if you believe there has been an error in the property valuation, classification, exemption, preparation or content of the assessment roll, preparation or content of the notice of assessment. We recommend you speak with a SAMA representative (306-949-8080) who may be able to address your questions. Your Notice of Appeal and filling fee of $350.00 must be received by the Secretary, Board of Revision, Box 204 Vibank Sk S0G 4Y0 no later than Tuesday May 25, 2021.
